The Five CC Commandments
The Corporate Center puts a premium on keeping our prices low and our services to you high. In order to do that we ask that you follow these – hopefully – straight forward rules. Your adherence to these things ensures that we can carry out our mission to you.
1. We only take U.S. cash (closest ATM is at the NTB Bank at 2800 Ford St off of Hwy 37 beside WalMart, 3 min from Corporate Center)
2. Please track your packages using the tracking number provided to you by the seller or by the seller’s shipping company. To make this as convenient as possible we have tracking links (just insert your tracking number) on our home page for FedEx and UPS. You can track DHL (http://www.dhl-usa.com/home/home.asp) and most USPS (http://www.usps.com/) shipped items via their home page beside their name. If your package says that it has arrived to our address in Ogdensburg, then we have it and you can feel confident about coming to visit us. Please only call if you do not have a tracking number for your package.
3. You have two weeks from the arrival of your first package to collect it and any other items that subsequently arrive. See our pricing area to understand what happens once packages remain beyond the two week period. We believe two weeks is generous and it also helps to keep costs down. If people ignore this rule our warehouse backs up with packages and that causes significant problems for everyone.
4. We will attempt to email you when a package arrives for you. We do our best but ask you not to rely on this (see number 2).
5. The proper way to address a package for yourself when buying something to send to us is listed below. If the seller/shipper requests a phone number best to use your phone number and not ours.
